Multipathd

To show multipath topology with maximum info

multipath -ll

The command above will list all device mapper also reporting their status, such as:

| |- 1:0:0:10  sdah 66:16  active ready running
| `- 2:0:0:10  sdai 66:32  active ready running
`-+- policy='service-time 0' prio=10 status=enabled
  |- 3:0:0:10  sdaj 66:48  active ready running
  `- 4:0:0:10  sdak 66:64  active ready running
`-+- policy='service-time 0' prio=0 status=enabled
  `- 1:0:0:2   sdcd 69:16  failed faulty running

After checking the faulty entry is no longer used, you can delete it as follows:

multipathd -k
multipathd> del path <PATHNAME>
ok
multipathd> quit
